From 12 January to 1 February, the French Film Festival, available in 14 languages, will see ten French-language feature films competing and ten short films, including two from Quebec.
Play and win!
Three categories of prizes will be awarded for three feature films and three short films: the prize chosen by Internet users, the prize chosen by social networks and the prize awarded by international media.
These award-winning films will be shown on board Air France long-haul flights as from 1 May 2012 for a period of six to nine months.
By playing the MyFrenchFilmFestival.com application on Facebook, especially the Air France page, users can win prizes, with a trip for two to New York up for grabs in March 2012 to mark the French Film Festival.
The widest choice of films in Europe
Air France’s involvement in this event illustrates it’s ever increasing numbers of films offered on-board. With more than 85 films available - 100 on the A380 - Air France offers the widest choice of films in Europe, in terms of the number of films.
A wide selection of movies, some of which are available in nine languages, meets the tastes and different cultures of Air France customers, half of whom are non-French. Air France is the European airline which offers the most seats equipped with individual video in all cabins, with close to 33,000 screens with easy-to-use controls.
